During the conference Grupa Azoty ZAK S.A. presented OXO Segment’s products portfolio, including high quality plasticizers ( i.e. Oxoviflex®, Oxoplast Medica®, Oxoplast® O and Oxoplast® PH) which are being used as one of the major additives by PVC processors.
PVC 2017 was a great opportunity to debate and discuss all aspects of PVC. Dr Ryszard Grzybek Director of Development Department in Grupa Azoty ZAK S.A. gave a lecture on plasticizer interactions with selected mineral fillers.
The conference was also the occasion to present new look and new name of European Council for Plasticisers and Intermediates (ECPI). ECPI has transformed itself into European Plasticisers. Speaking at the conference, European Plasticisers’ General Manager, Jean-Luc Wietor, highlighted that “this is more than just a cosmetic change. It is about adapting to the challenges ahead and shifting towards a more inclusive and comprehensive approach. Based on our extensive experience collected over more than 35 years, European Plasticisers aims to project itself towards the full recognition of plasticisers’ contribution to our everyday wellbeing.”
