We want to develop together with our customers, that is why we have launched the Application and Development Laboratory. It is a place that gives the opportunity to reconstruct on a laboratory scale the production process and create products tailored to the individual needs of our customers!

We consistently develop the Special Esters Project, which defines the directions of directions for the entire range of – plasticizers. Under this project that we have already – introduced two specialty plasticizers to our offer:

• Adoflex® is a high quality bis(2-ethylhexyl) adipate, which, due to its very good plasticizing properties (also in low-temperature applications) and safe toxicological profile, is recommended in the production of food contact materials (especially in the production of PVC food films). Adoflex® is also used in the production of garden hoses, cables and coated fabrics. Depending on the application, it can be used as a main or functional plasticiser together with Oxoviflex®.
• Oxovilen® is a high quality di(n-butyl) terephthalate, which is characterized by a fast rate of plasticization of the polymer, low migration and gives greater flexibility to the finished products. Thanks to these properties it is used, among other things, in the production of PVC linings as a functional plasticiser together with Oxoviflex®, as well as in the production of adhesives, sealants, paints or inks.

We are also focusing on the development of proven solutions, therefore we have increased the production capacity of the general-purpose plasticiser Oxoviflex® by an additional 15 kT/year (up to 65 kT/year), making us the largest DOTP producer in the European Union!

• Oxoviflex® is a high quality bis(2-ethylhexyl) terephthalate used in plastics processing as a plasticizer and in the paint and varnish industry. It has very good physical and chemical properties, which makes it used as a general purpose plasticizer in a wide range of PVC products. Oxoviflex® meets the highest quality criteria for purity, including the most stringent ones written in the European Pharmacopoeia. It can be successfully used in products in direct contact with food and in toys.
