Led by Italian coach Ferdinando De Giorgi, ZAKSA Kędzeierzyn-Koźle had an outstanding season wining 23 out of 26 matches! ZAKSA dominated play-offs leavingthe runner-up Asseco Resovia Rzeszów, without a chance to win a  set. It took three games and only 9 sets to win the championship! After 13 long years the title is back in Kędzierzyn-Koźle.
